Excellent service from first message to collection of the bouncy castle, very polite and helpful with any questions I had. The bouncy castle was excellent kids loved it and it was cleaned before and after very good touch! 100% recommend and will definitely be using these going forward! 5* service professional and reliable. We hired the multicoloured bouncy castle with a slide for my grandchildren for a family party and they absolutely loved it and had such a good time it was unbelievable! Tom and his team from D&T events well what can I say about them and their service - WOW JUST WOW -They were amazing from star to finish assisting with the booking and helping me to get just what I want to suit all ages of my grandchildren. We had the castle overnight and when they arrived to set up they hoovered and sanitised the castle and same on pick up, they take great pride in what they do and their equipment. They are very polite and professional and arrived on time for delivery and collection. We had the castle for 24 hours and such a competitive price we wouldn’t go anywhere else now for our future hire. Even the neighbours across the road has asked us and we have passed on the number-Highly recommend this company you won’t be disappointed I guarantee you that much!! We had a fantastic experience with Archies Castles and Soft Play. They were incredibly accommodating with our timings, even starting earlier than planned just to fit us in. Communication was brilliant from start to finish they kept us updated and let us know exactly when they were on their way. They were so pleasant on arrival and even checked in afterwards to ask how the party went, which was a lovely touch. They also gave us a great deal on two bouncy castles and didi cars, which the kids absolutely loved. All of the equipment was spotless and well maintained. Couldnt fault them at all and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend
